Cookie policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This page explains which cookies savvy.so uses, what for, and how to control them.

Cookies we use

savvy.so uses two kinds of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies, set by savvy.so itself: the session cookie that keeps you logged in (named sb-…-auth-token, deleted when the session ends or you log out) and the cookie that remembers which organization you are working in (named org). They do not need your consent because the platform cannot work without them.
  • Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics (named _ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 13 months): they tell us how the website is used (pages visited, device, approximate location) so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

What we do not use

savvy.so does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The platform also stores small preferences in your browser (for example, the last order it already reported) that are not cookies and do not identify you.

How to control cookies

You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner the first time you visit, and change your choice later from the link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, you will not be able to log in.

Your store's cookies

If you are a customer of a store that uses savvy.so, the cookies in that store are governed by the store's own cookie policy. savvy.so's store pixels only run with the consent you give in the store.
