Terms of service

These terms govern the use of savvy.so, a platform for Shopify stores provided by DIGITAL CRAFTERS SL. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. This page also serves as the legal notice required by Spanish law (LSSI-CE).
The provider

The service
savvy.so connects a Shopify store with its ERP, its marketing channels and AI providers. It imports products, orders, stock and expenses; calculates the profit of orders, channels and campaigns; enriches the product catalog with AI; publishes product feeds to Google, Meta and idealo; sends conversions with profit to advertising platforms; and synchronises changes back to Shopify and the ERP. The exact features available to your organization are those agreed in your proposal or order.
Accounts and organizations
Each person uses savvy.so with their own account, which belongs to one or more organizations (stores). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done with your account. Administrators of an organization can invite and remove members and are responsible for their use of the platform.
Your data and connected services
You keep ownership of the data you bring to savvy.so. By connecting Shopify, Google, Meta, idealo, your ERP or any other service, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you accept those services' terms. You are responsible for the configuration of those accounts (campaigns, bids, feeds, conversions) and for the consent your store collects from its customers. savvy.so processes your customers' data only on your instructions, as described in the privacy policy.
AI-generated content
Texts, categories, attributes and other content generated with AI are suggestions. You review them before they are published and you are responsible for what your store publishes. We do not guarantee that AI content is accurate or complete.
Fees
The price of the service is the one agreed in your proposal or order, invoiced as stated there. Prices exclude VAT. Fees of third-party services (advertising spend, AI providers, Shopify) are not included unless the proposal says so.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use savvy.so to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to send unsolicited communications, to try to access other organizations' data, or to interfere with the service.
Availability and support
We work to keep savvy.so available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, failures of third-party services (Shopify, Google, Meta, hosting) or events beyond our control may interrupt it. Support is provided by email.
Intellectual property
savvy.so, its software, design and brand belong to DIGITAL CRAFTERS SL. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform while the contract lasts. Shopify, Google, Meta, idealo, Claude, OpenAI and Business Central are trademarks of their owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DIGITAL CRAFTERS SL is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or decisions taken on the basis of the data shown in the platform (profit figures, campaign results, AI suggestions), and its total liability for the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using savvy.so and ask us to delete your organization at any time. We can suspend or end the service if these terms are breached or if the fees are not paid. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless the law grants you another forum.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Significant changes will be notified by email or in the platform before they apply.
